Septic & Cesspit Emptying

The bread and butter of our business, we use a 26 tonne lorry, carrying 80m/270ft of suction pipe and jetting system on every unit. We do both domestic and commercial units alike. We take before and after photos of every job to evidence our work as standard. We offer a complimentary ‘out of site/early attendance’ service from as early as 5am to any customer whose business and function would be detrimentally affected by our works or where access is lost. There is no charge for early attendance and is proving to be a popular option for schools and businesses.

Our serviced area is priced regionally, this means we can keep our prices as competitive as possible and our savings can be passed on to our customers. 

No tank is too small or too big. Tank in a field? We asses each job for suitability and safety where we need to take the lorry off road to ensure we don’t damage any property, this service is normally best in the summer months.

Looking to spread the cost – we offer an annual subscription service allowing you to manage your yearly costs with no suprises.

FAQs

Can I book you for a specific date/time?

Of course, we will do our absolute best to meet your needs. Need us to avoid the school run or have an engineer attending, don’t want to deal with the sight or the smell, we understand! We can organise our route around your needs.

I don’t know how big my tank is. What if i under/over order how much needs to be emptied?

This is quite common, our advice is to book a 2,000 gallon empty. If you under order and we have room on the tanker, with your agreement, we keep sucking! Charged per 1,000 gallons.

Over ordered, we can issue a refund or hold credit on your account for next time. The choice is yours. 

Can I add additional services when you are here?

Of course, need jetting or a washdown? We carry all the equipment and every member of staff is fully trained. You pay the difference when the job is done.

We have to prebook surveying and protracted repairs as these can take longer.

I’m outside of your area, can you still empty my tank?

This is subject to an individual assessment on your location. Drop us a message and we’ll fix you up a bespoke quotation. We cannot operate within any of ULEZ or LEZ. 

Are your staff qualified?

Yes, all with industry recognised qualifications. For added peace of mind every staff member carries enhanced DBS vetting to school and hospitals level as standard for that peace of mind.
